Pastor Ray Owens became Senior pastor of North Crossings Church in December of 2006. He had previously served as the church interim pastor, as well as Associate Pastor and Youth Pastor. Pastor Ray has also served several other churches as Interim Pastor and has performed several guest speaking engagements at other churches and organizational meetings and conventions. He is a nationally certified psychologist, supervising fellow psychologists in the Morehouse Parish School District. In addition, he also serves on the adjunct psychology faculty at the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Pastor Ray and his wife Dana reside in Monroe. They have one daughter Brooke, and son-in-law Scott.
Worship and Youth Leader: Kerry Wooten with wife, Lisa.
Kerry Wooten serves our church, both as Worship Leader and Youth Minister. He has been married for 24 years to wive Lisa and they have three children: two daughters, Valerie and Kerrah, and one son, Blake. Kerry was saved at the age of sixteen and from that time developed a heart for worship and has been working in music ministry since. He majored in Vocal Music at Louisiana State University and has been involved in leading worship for the past twenty five years. he graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center in 1986, and is currently in the process of receiving credentials by the Church of God.
